One of the Big Four professional service companies in the world – EY, know before as Ernst & Young – came to Shanghai with their annual EY Global New Partner Program, brought some 825 overseas employees and tasked us to do photography coverage of the event.  We provided two photographers for on-location work for three days, who shot big and small conferences, plenaries, interviews, did on-location editing with delivery upon every evening. The culmination of the project – group portrait of 825 new partners with EY executives on the lawn right next to Shanghai’s iconic Pearl Tower – had to be printed overnight in 825 copies and delivered to visitors in nice envelopes with EY logo, so they could take the memorable present from the trip back home. Printing at one of the best printing shops with Egghead Studio’s overlook was done on time and we enjoyed the smiles of EY’s new partners, checking on the result.
